Shady Drive Wallingford CT Rehab Begins!

We recently purchased a foreclosure in Wallingford on Shady Dr. This 3 bed, 1 bath home was purchased for $113,200 and needs a fair amount of work. If you haven't see the original walkthrough please do, and you will see exactly what I'm referring to!

The first week of this rehab involved cleanup of the yard, which had a lot of brush, dead trees, and trees that were too close to the house. There was also the added fun of removing an underground oil tank that had probably been on the property for over 30 years! There was a tree right above where the tank was located, so this also needed to be removed before the tank could be pulled. Inside the property, demo was started to remove the mildew and some areas of mold that had developed (this property was sitting for a while).
