Wallingford BRRR 2 Update

It's been a busy week as we have been making steady progress on our second BRRR property. Since we have been waiting for the electric to be turned on at the other property up the street, we've been able to make a sizable dent in the demo here! The power was already on at this property, so that also made things easier!

The following video and images will show you just how far we have comet this past week! Here are some of the highlights:

• Demoed the upstairs bathroom and bedrooms
• Added a header downstairs so that we could open up the family room
• Demoed the kitchen, floors, and family room downstairs
• Replaced windows in the front of the property
• Demoed the front porch and back patio
