Hey everyone, I am a new member and new business owner so bear with me while we get all of the details ironed out (i.e. website...). I attended a Rehab Training Class in Los Angeles this past weekend. Received a lot of good information usable in California and other States. MANY websites to assist with all areas, along with first hand experience with real jobs, real difficulties and real successes. Overall it was a well spent weekend.
We also had the opportunity to go out and see 5 homes requiring different degrees of repair. By the very next day 3 of the homes had multiple bids on them for well over asking price. Unbelievalbe if you had seen the state of disrepair they were in. We have been aware the market has already turned but it seems to be really taking off now. And mostly by investors just like us! This is a great time for us to be working together so we can all profit and continue to help clean up some of the neighborhoods that have been neglected. If we fix them and help folks get into a "new" home, isn't that success?
SO, WHO WANTS TO WORK WITH ME???? LET'S DO IT!!

Thank you, thank you for all of the good wishes, it is very much appreciated. We are continuing to research and analyze properties and are finding MANY opportunities. We are looking for a Private Money Partner to work with us. We are willing to partner is several ways so anyone wanting to do quick-turn properties for a profit please let us know. We have the team assembled and ready to move forward, just need help with the money part. Unfortunately we have not found any Hard Money Lenders willing to loan us without our having a substantial amount of funds available. This is why we are looking for Private Money. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!! Thanks again for the positive comments.

Welcome Cathy--sounds like you have the attitude for success! Early on in my real estate studies I read that the deal of your life comes around about every week. The caveat is that you have to keep learning and looking.

Welcome to BP. Look forward to hearing about your investing experiences in California. There's lot of useful information here and many investors with a lot of experience willing to share what they have learned.

Welcome to the site and to the world of rehabbing. Good deals will be snapped up, no matter the state of disrepair. Thanks for the intro, and be sure to keep us posted of any questions you've got -- the forums are a great place to post them. Best, Josh
