10 acres of retail on Hwy 281 in San Antonio. Completed lots in an well established subdivion, behind the 10 acres. Lots will be sold over the next three years, currently working with several builders. A portion of the commercial land is to be bought by TxDOT for a planned expansion of the highway in the next three years. The remaining acres will be excellent retail pad sites to compliment the planned retail center adjacent to the north of this site. This is a growing, highly desirable area of northern San Antonio.
