Non recourse loans

do you know that you can use your ira's and marry investment properties with it so you can finance the purchse of investment properties with your current ira?

Rates are 5-7 percent at 70 percent loan to value

These are non recourse loans and your ira owns the property, The monies you earn are tax deferred

  1. sorry Bryan, I should have clarified I was giving Howard the info on where to find a list of lenders. If I find out of anyone doing non recourse outside the IRA I will gladly let you know. Sorry for the confusion

  2. I don't want to do the loans via an IRA. I want a lender to lend me money with equity already in the property as a refinance. The security interest of the lender will be the same....they are doing the appraisal!

  3. If you contact Equity Trust they can give you a complete free list of who is doing non-recourse loans right now with IRA funds. Worth checking out for our clients!

  4. Are you saying that this is a requirement somehow?

  5. Social security funds were moved to the general fund so politicians could get a 20% pay raise. Now they want Americans to take their money out of their retiirement plans!

  6. Many moons ago I tried to refinance an investment property that had 40% equity in it with a non-recourse loan and all of the companies I spoke to that advertised this product told me I HAD to use my IRA. I kept asking them why and they told me that was the way their product worked...it baffled me b/c I didn't understand why it would matter! Any comments?
