Private Placement Offerings and SDIRAs

I have an 8 figure commercial multifamily deal in the workings and am looking to raise a portion of capital through a Private Placement Offering. Financing is in place as is the Private Placement Memorandum. I am offering equity in the project as well as a high annual ROI. Ideally, I would like to do this with investors that are using Self Directed IRAs as their investment vehicle, but all of the custodial companies that I have spoken to only offer that service. Does anyone know of an outlet that connects those that propose investments with those that have the resources to fund deals? Would appreciate any assistance.
