Clearing squatters from rental with the police

We had been working for months to clean up the property from squatters and trespassers. 

We had to work with local authorities, and try to catch people trespassing on the property. On this day we had them. 

This property was managed by the owners who were from out of state and things had gone too long without oversight. 

Managing rental property well requires time and effort. If you don't have the time or want to put in the effort, be sure to hire a property manager. If your rental property is not being tended to effectively, problems will only grow over time.
