I frequently ask REIs if they have heard of local Real Estate Investor Associations (REIA) and they frequently say, "No."

Find the website for National REIA, the organization, to find a group near you.

Now that we are meeting in groups again, you may find this a valuable (profitable) group to rub shoulders with.
