Gatlinburg Attractions BEARS

As a Gatlinburg Investor I sometimes focus on the investment and forget the reason why this market is so HOT. Well today during a routine visit to one of my cabins, I was swiftly and excitedly reminded. BEARS... The wildlife in the Great Smoky Mountains is amazingly wild but at the same time so accessible. Not hidden behind some 10ft block wall or glass enclosure but smack dab right there on the road as we are driving to downtown Gatlinburg not a mile away. On any given day we see 20+ flocks of wild turkey's, Deer are everywhere, and bears! I sure do LOVE it here!
