If I had to do it again...

I would change nothing. I began my journey in 2017. Became a Certified Private Money Broker in 2018. Helped over 200 real estate investors secure their funding in the first 2 years and then..I visualized how to create an opportunity for everyone to source the capital whether through lenders, investors or partners so they could build income, cashflow and wealth. Now I can offer my 1.0 database and the 2.0 and 3.0 which will give everyone access to 20,000 plus contacts and more. But I am just getting started. I am assembling a team of associates who have the knowledge and expertise to get things done for themselves and others. By adopting the latest strategies and well AI they will quickly dominate the industry and virtually eliminate the competition. I want them to be able to in one single session find deals, analyze them, make contact with the seller or their agent, make a qualified offer and then GET IT FUNDED! And then wait for it... the virtual platform will come to life at the end of 2023 going into early 2024. It will allow subscribers to participate in not just a series of tracks and one off events and programs but also have the total immersive and interactive experience into building wealth with not just real estate but all physical and tangible assets.
