Our Crowdfunding Network Is Growing Part 13

Tomorrow morning our 1122 Linden deal will go live on iFunding and will be our first crowdfunded deal. I put the deal out to 3 investors who didn't have enough to invest as JV partners in our deals yesterday and today we funded 14% of our $604k raise in one day. This evening I put the iFunding link out to about 65 other investors who have invested with us lately or have expressed interest. The raise will go live to the crowd tomorrow and I'll put a post in the Market forum on BP as well.

I haven't heard anything from the Fundrise folks in about a week. They're quite unresponsive. Our network has swelled to 89 investors and $7.08M in just under 2 months now with very little effort. We get a few new investors a day now.

The Patch of Land guys and I traded some email and their terms probably won't work for us. We have talked to hard money lenders with better terms than they offer for less hassle.

We met with our new PR company, a marketing consultant, and started building out our new Inner 10 Capital website this week. I am talking to David Lavan for a second time tomorrow and he is a strong contender for doing our 506(c) documents for our new fund.

This weekend I reached out to Realty Shares and they haven't responded back either. In general I am not very impressed with many of the platforms. Perhaps they are overwhelmed with interest right now.

We met with a consultant about starting our own portal this week too from his white-labeled product. That is still a possibility, but leasing space on another site seems to still be the better strategy.
