Our Crowdfunding Network Is Growing Part 31

Last week we passed $10M in notional funding on Fundrise for a total of $10.45M across 158 investors. We secured 9 new investors last week via Fundrise and Inner 10 Capital and we're well on our way to getting many new investors every day. I have another media interview next week with Texas Real Estate Magazine and am doing two radio shows in the next two weeks. One is a local radio show and the other is with Reality Crowd TV on Google Hangouts.

Our WIN meeting had a solid discussion from both Realty Mogul and Fundrise executives this week and the CFGE crowdfunding conference panel went well. I met a lot of good crowdfunding contacts and learned a lot. The head of CFIRA was at some private meetings I attended this week and he is introducing us to some broker-dealers in New York to assist with our portal launch. We should be formalizing our portal agreements soon.

Inner 10 Development's LLC is formed and we're about to sign the operating agreement. That would have happened this week, but the conference took a lot of cycles on the short week. Our first TTW docs came from the securities attorney this week and we're working through revising them and getting a workflow set up for our site to start doing raises on it until our portal is set up.

Overall things are growing quickly and we're making good progress. There are a lot of moving parts, but in 1-2 months I expect much of this will be set up to at least take dollars in through our own site. The process won't be a well-oiled machine at that point, but it should be functional with some campaigns set up. Our investors should like this a lot more than funding things through third party sites.
