Our Crowdfunding Network Is Growing Part 41

Investors continue to trickle in from our site, Fundrise, and via a few other sources.  We now have 190 investors with $11.88M to invest in our Fundrise network and many more from our site.

Our GroundBreaker white label implementation is pretty close to being done and we're really just fine-tuning things at this point.  We're pretty far along with building marketing processes around our portal and we're exploring no action letters with the securities folks to see what the best approach is to find new investors.  A mixed 506(c) and (b) approach seems to be emerging as the best way to get the best of both worlds using some technology.  This needs to be flushed out more in the coming few months though.

Our debt raise for 1124 Linden has stalled quite a bit.  August is apparently vacation month so things are pretty dead right now.  We'll see how that goes I guess.  Right now we're 23% funded on a $450k raise.

We're almost done with our Inner 10 Capital operating agreement and the offering circular and subscription documents will be next.  I'm going to circulate the operating agreement for comments to investors early next week, which should be the last step before integrating them on our site.  We'll be setting up BancBox and RightSignature (I think) accounts soon too along with other ancillary services needed to file Form D, etc.   There is a possibility of me partnering with some of the existing portals as well and that may be another path to pursue.  Going through the motions with starting our own thing should still yield benefits even if we decide to partner with others instead.

More to come soon.  A ton is happening right now.
