Our Crowdfunding Network Is Growing Part 59

We have finalized the agreements as well as we can for our first third party syndicated deal.  We'll probably team up with the Gossett/Jones guys on a project on Daphne as our first third party deal.

My plan has pretty much narrowed to doing deals in Austin in the short run.  I really can't see any good reason to leave Texas, but in the short run Austin has a ton of deal flow and is one of the hottest markets in the country.  There is plenty of work to go around here for our small team.

We're busy trying to improve our site experience on our test implementation.  I'm hoping to have a much simpler UX for folks on the next deal.  The best remedy for site bugs and issues is doing real projects on the site.  Hopefully the next one we do will go much smoother than the last one did.

We have implemented part of FundAmerica's API and it is working in test right now.  That should allow us to do AML checks and some of the more tedious things automagically going forward instead of processing them manually like we did with our first deal.

Overall things are moving down the field.  In 6 months we'll be light years ahead of where we are now.  I feel like our big ask list is pretty well nailed down and in 2-4 more weeks we'll be fine-tuning things instead of assembling large body parts on the site or with legal items.
