Our Crowdfunding Network Is Growing Part 63

Project number two (crowdfunding project 4) is going up on our site this week.  It is a relatively small raise at $205k that we'll use to make sure our new version of our website is functioning as expected.  We're working on the legal right now and it should go live before the end of this week if all goes well.

Last week I attended IMN's conference in NYC and spoke on the white labeling panel.  I learned a great deal at the conference and we're pretty familiar with all of the NALs that we need to be knowledgeable with to adhere to securities laws.  There is gray area in the law right now and I am putting out an article in a prominent magazine soon describing what I consider to be gaps in the industry right now.

We're working on a large pre-funding mechanism for being able to list larger deals on our site.  This will fit nicely with other larger initiatives we have going as well.  In the coming few months I'll begin to introduce our new superportal concept, which should probably be described as a super funding platform.  In this new model everyone that is in the business of sourcing and operating real estate deals can own their own portal and source their own capital.  If they're unable to raise all of the money for their own projects there will be a mechanism where investors from the portal can be used to fund their deal.  Each investor attracted to the portal can potentially invest in the procuring operator's deal and/or deals from other operators.  Investors will be compensated via carry for investors they attract and will be owners in the parent portal as well.

More to come soon.  2015 should be an exciting year!
