Our Crowdfunding Network Is Growing Part 75

Crowdfunding raise 4 (number 2 on our site) is officially done.  It took us a while and we learned a lot about 506(c) in the process.  We'll be busy implementing new technology for this in preparation for raise 5, which should be our first raise for a third party.

Our portal will undergo a rebranding to the name RealStarter as we shift to doing third party deals.  The legal work for this is basically done at this point after about a year of study.  Yes, this is way more complicated than it needs to be.

We'll be getting a new skinning for our website and new process flows.  We'll also be implementing back-end plumbing for processing monthly payments for debt projects.  Debt seems to be what the crowd wants.  We'll be starting a new Title IV debt fund which will initially make use of 506(c).  We'll also be pre-funding projects and offering them to the crowd prior to the fund being operational.  We're working through the legal for this last piece.  I hope to have a deal live in June of this year.
