Our Crowdfunding Network Is Growing Part 78

Today our pre-funding partner agreed to our term sheet.  They're going to have their attorney start drawing up paperwork for us to collaborate on this week.  With any luck this will be resolved in the coming few weeks.

I had a Houston attorney review our portal agreement and he seemed to think it was okay.  We have a few potential customers for the portal and need to settle on what we're comfortable "crowdfunding out of" going forward.

The site rebranding should be ready soon.  With any luck all of this will be rolling by the end of the year.  

The last investment for Gloucester rolled in today to complete our 4th deal.  There are some technical issues on our back end to match to investments that have come in.  We should be able to release money from escrow and file Form D in the coming several days.
