Our Crowdfunding Network Is Growing Part 84

We're working through the details in hiring our first developer to assist with RealStarter's site implementation.  There is simply too much work for our team to do it in a timely fashion right now.  We have our candidate identified and should have him on board in the coming few weeks.

The engagement agreements are signed for our first third party deal and we should have a portal agreement in place soon.  I expect for the raise to be live in the coming month.  We may have our RealStarter rebranding done by then too.

We're chugging along with some last minute legal details, but this should be wrapped up in time for our first raise.  Our third party pre-funding agreements are done too.  We just need to finalize on our debt SPE agreements for when those projects are live.  Our new debt fund legal is in flight too and should be ready in about 2-3 months.  

Overall things should pick up quite a bit in the 2nd half of this year.  We will be fully compliant with securities laws and should be safe in running projects for third parties.
