Any Idea when the RE market turns around?

hey guys,

Does anybody have any idea of when the RE market is gonna turn around? There's just too many FC right now. I know BP is making it worse for other businesses  in other state affected by the oil spill,and eco system..Bk is going BK, they are talking about taking BP into Bankruptcy.

  1. What caused the RE Market to go bad? Bad loans and unemployment. Next summer, many of the sub prime ARMs are due to hit their peak, and chances are interest rates will be higher by then, so expect to see foreclosures soar. Also, I don't see unemployment coming down anytime soon. The govt wants to tax and create administrative nightmares, so I see small businesses hiring less. Good time to be working for yourself and doing real estate.
