My future General Contracting posts

Normal 1548367766 General Contracting 1

Many investors seem to have trouble finding good general contractors.  Some investors seem to struggle with contractors taking their money and running, or just have a problem finding a contractor to do the work.  This blog will hopefully help you find the best general contractor that you possibly can and help you learn how to manage them.

I plan to post a new blog every two weeks, or sooner if members request them to be done more often.  Some topics I will go over include:

  • How to find a GOOD general contractor
  • Why you should let the general contractor manage their subs and not you
  • How and best ways to manage general contractors
  • Rehab projects from the general contractors point of view
  • How technology is changing the general contracting business, and what that means for investors
  • How to become a general contractor, if you choose to
  • What to look for in a general contractor
  • Topics brought up in the forums that are hot topics related to general contracting

My hope is that this blog will help members projects go smoother, faster and easier.  Whether its managing the contractor or trying to find one, general contractors are an important member of an investors team.
