Where to Invest in Chattanooga: Downtown

Chattanooga's downtown area has undergone one of the great changes the south has seen in a long time.

When people in the south ask me where they could go for a weekend getaway, I always ask them if they've been to Chattanooga lately.

Ironically, my sister-in-law was there last night and said she ate at one of the top 5 restaurants she has ever been to.  You'll have to trust me when I say she is well traveled.

From the world-famous Choo-Choo to the Aquarium, the downtown has a lot to offer.
