How to rent your home in Denver

Normal 1568910523 How To Rent Your House In Denver

One of the biggest unknowns when you first get into investing is how long will it take to rent this house?

When you first rehab the house, you can see the progress and have a general idea of when that work will be done and you can see the progress.

Leasing a home is a little more difficult because you don't see the progress, till it is finished and a tenant is moved in . . . or do you?

I can help you "read the tea leaves" and know when a house is overpriced or when there is an issue with your house that people aren't telling you about.

I can tell you the biggest mistake that newbies make - hint: it's all about underwriting or NOT underwriting.

Thanks so much for watching my video . . . I think it will be super helpful and help you avoid some mistakes I made when I first got started.
