Little steps towards a bigger goal!

After posting on the BP forum, I was very excited about the feedback and messages given. Some of the main points were that we are all extremely busy. Especially those of us who are married and/ or with kids. But another common theme was that many of those members who replied take little chunks of their days and try and improve their RE knowledge or experience through small, repeated actions like podcasts, blogs, forum posts, etc. I do like the video Brandon posted about analyzing one deal a day with the calculators. So far I've been able to analyze about 5 residential rental properties a week. I've also been excited to work on my own calculator to calculate Cap rates, NOI, property values, ROI for those larger than 4 units. This has greatly increased my enthusiasm!

I remember our home music teacher had us learn a song when we were little. I like to think of that when working towards a new goal:

Little by little, inch by inch;
By the yard it's hard,
By the inch, what a sinch;
Never stare up the stairs,
Just step up the steps;
Little by little, inch by inch.
