Passive Income with Land Investing. Replace your Income!

I REPLACED MY INCOME IN 2 YEARS WITH LAND INVESTING ...

When I discovered land investing by COMPLETE ACCIDENT 3.5 years ago, I was at a crossroads in my life. I had just turned 40, and I was very unhappy with my current situation.

Although I enjoyed my job as a Physical Therapist, it was getting harder by the day. A stagnant salary, an overwhelming amount of paperwork, and the insurance company restrictions I was dealing with on a daily basis were becoming intolerable. Not to mention, the job was taking a toll on my body. 

I loved the patient care.  I loved helping people. I was (and I am) good at it. 

But it wasn't enough.

I felt empty inside ... 

I felt empty inside knowing that it was becoming more and more difficult to put food on the table for my four growing boys. My wife, Erin, and I needed SOMETHING else in our lives. I had known this for awhile, and I had been on a journey of self-discovery for the entire year prior. I was researching all real estate models. I was scourging Bigger Pockets for a side hustle .... for THE ANSWER to my problems.  

I have to say, I was so desperate at one point that I was considering finding another job (or two) ... or possibly selling our home.

Enter The Land Geek!! 

I was a faithful listener of Keith Weinhold's "Get Rich Education" podcast in 2015. Episode 27 was about land investing, and it featured Mark Podolsky, The Land Geek.  

I thought, "How boring???"  

So what did I do?  I skipped the episode.  

I skipped it and ... for some reason 2 months later ... decided to listen.  

I was hooked! I came home that night and looked at Erin and said, "Honey, THIS is our ticket."

Little did I know ...

If you had told me 3.5 years ago that we would be making WELL over 5 figures a month passive income with land investing in 2019, I would have told you that you were crazy. But it's happened for us. And it's happening for MANY others in the Land Geek community.

I had a burning desire to change my life, and I did it with a lot of hard work and with invaluable training and community through Land Geek.
