Wanted to get opinion on two websites I just set up for seller leads.

Please give any constructive criticism.

I tend to lean towards the blue colored palm beach site perhaps due to the contrast/readability.
I find them both to be brochure like and I know you're aware (based on your ibuyhomes.com site) having the contact form above the fold is more effective and having your video in there makes it seem more alive. My 2 cents.
