Currently working on my first real estate deal.

Okay so this is my second post and I have one follower yes!

so from now on I will be talking to you follow blogger friend. I have not written much lately becase I am all over the place. but I think i can settle down from now on...lets hope.

so I was working on my first wholesaling deal and I got an email from a gentleman who said that he was a wholesaler and would like to buy the property i was working on.

So guess what I did? I straight out told him I am new  to investing and would he be my mentor. and he said yes. I was floored. LIKED HELL YEA!!!!

  so I told him about the property I was looking to wholesale. It was a good deal. I told the guy i would buy it from him for 150K all cash. He laughed in my face and asked me if I was serious. :O. Huh, yea, of course I am man otherwise I wouldn't have said it. long story short the deal just didn't work out. but I did get to add him to my contact list. 

so currently I am working with my... MENTOR...on this place in brooklyn, new york. REALLY REALLY REALLY good deal. it is listed at 50% under market value. GOD BLESS THIS RECESSION,,, in some ways. 

everything was working out until my only buyer backed out becasue he said the areaa was dangerous. I was like what are you kidding me. because he was the person I found this property for he told where he wanted to invest and then he tells me NO! but whatever forget that loser (hope he is not reading this. no he isn't it's just me and my blogger friend Joanne) so anyway right now I am on a quest to find a buyer for this one family 3 bedroom 2 bathroom all brick 2100 sq ft house list at 50% under market value (i am totally trying to push this property right now lol) so we will see how it works out. 

BTW i can't believe I am acting like quit the little investor applaud for me XD
