newbie need help
hello professional world, I'm a newbie investor and this weekend i came across 6 different f.s.b.o. properties i have not spoken with any one yet need to know how i can help them. how to approach, with out sounding as if I'm reading from a book .and depending on what they want should i ask if they what to wholesale,lease purchase option/and i don't have any money down.... how to go about this.and lastly thank you for the help......

Just do it! you'll screw up the first 10 times and sound like a jerk. Little by little you will get the hang of it. You must start somewhere!
