Day 16 of The 90 Day Challenge

I did it!! I finally posted my New member intro!!! 

It took me a while to make sure I didn't do it wrong because you know, you just can't post anything these days.

I have not been able to post due to my midterms, and yes 1 midterm took me 8 hours to finish it. Cyber Security is no joke people so if you plan on cracking into someone else server. make sure you are well prepared.

I've been researching condos, duplexes   Quadplexes to help me get better at using the calculators through bigger pockets pro membership. I have contacted two real estate agents to set up a deal and am waiting to hear back. currently, I'm on show 26 bigger pockets podcast & reading all the free books provided on BP.
