Laser Focus on BRRRnB

Two BP podcasts lately have talked about having laser focus, and another show discussed BRRRnBs. Here I go off on a journey to multiple BRRRnBs a year. 

Step One. Find and purchase a local AirBnB property to learn from doing in the short term rental space. I am going to look at properties on Saturday. Here are the numbers for a property I am looking at and a comparable property in the area. It seems like my numbers could make a good deal. I am just unclear about occupancy rates.
