Went pro! Now for the cold calling

Well, I listened to the Bigger Pockets webinar last night and decided that I needed the tools badly. I have several places to call, and try to get a deal going, so today while I'm at work I'm going to watch watch some more videos on cold calling, make sure I have the right questions to ask, and then make the leap.
