Industrial Property Market

As we come to the end of Q4, it's a good time to reflect upon the past year of industrial market conditions.

1) Vacancy rates have dropped and continue to remain well below historical averages at 7.8%.

2) 1.42 million sf was absorbed through July of 2019.

3) 1.8 million sf is under current construction, with just over 700,000 sf currently being planned.

4) Outdoor storage space remains in high demand as e-commerce and retailers continue their push for more urban space.
