How to buy online?
- Get a real estate agent. First thing first, find an experienced real estate agent who is wholeheartedly willing to help the buyer to get the house that best meets the buyer’s expectations. The agent should be tech-savvy to provide the best guidance and service as well as carry out the best virtual home-showing. Lastly, the agent should go out of his/her way to respond to all inquiries and requests to make the buying process as easy and seamless as possible for the buyer.
- Get a mortgage lender. The real estate agent is known to have great connection to and a wide network with lenders, contractors, lawyers, surveyors, etc. Buyers should use their agent as a resource to get connected with the service that they need to help them make the home purchase and many other services after.
- - Home-showing. Agent would conduct the live tour virtually and the buyer should be able to trust their agent more than ever since online showing is not equally weighted as in-person sale.
