Asking the question - Which is better? Multifamily or Stocks?

Getting an answer to this question is necessary, especially when it comes to investing your own money. To help you out, I will be listing some advantages and disadvantages of both, so you can carefully examine your options and decide which you prefer investing in.

Multifamily - is something, that most people are familiar with at some lever, which is why it might be easier for you to work with. It is also might be important for you that real estate investment is great because it provides monthly cash flow and a lot of wonderful tax advantages.

Stock Market - there are winners and losers and those who lose can see all of their investment disappear. If you want to invest in the stock market, you should not be risk-averse. You can expect daily volatility in the stock market and when the crashes happen it will take years to recover. Look back to 2008 to see how badly the market can crash in a matter of hours and it took years for investors to rebuild their portfolios.

Now, it’s up to you where to invest your money. Ask yourself, what do you want? if you are a busy, hardworking, with a tight daily routine and a low-risk tolerance, passive multifamily investing will be a great investment for you, rather than risky adventures in the stock market.
