KC is Recession Averse (Barring Global Disaster!)

Normal 1587679971 Kc Industry Chart

Let's cut through the B.S. Many out of state investors ask me "Why KC?" and then say "KC isn't Nashville, it isn't Austin, and it isn't California." Of course not!

We specialize in none but are great at all. This includes tech (Garmin, Cerner, TMobile H2), healthcare (over $500mm has been injected into healthcare in the last 5 years), engineering (5~ of the top 100 engineering firms call KC home), schools (UMKC – 15,000 students, KU – 25,000 students, Rockhurst, KCAI, and 10+ colleges and universities), Logistics and Transportation (Freightquote, eShipping, YRC Freight), and many more. I will be featuring each of these important factors in blogs to come.

The most important part of a city is its ability to grow and weather any storm brought at it. KC does it really well. Therefore, your real estate investment will do well.
