The next big Craze!...Commercial

Hello, since I'm just getting started here and I have yet to establish any working relationships....I'm almost forced to make this blog advertising in it's nature. I recently signed up with one of Arizona's premier lending institutions as a "birdog"  so if you are in need of a commercial loan even a huge one, let me know and I will help as much as I can. And as long as you are here, would you do me a favor ?. Read the ad below and let me know what you think...be brutal if you like as long as I end up with an appealing ad that I can place anywhere

  1. Bryan, Thank you for taking the time to post your opinion , it is much appreciated, however after spending 37 years in automotive restoration and just getting started in this business..I don't feel like an expert yet. I can't bring myself to claim a title I have yet to earn...perhaps good "birddog"....lol

  2. I wouldn't bit on that ad. That would likely work better for smaller investors and mom and pop types. The commercial lenders I have worked with were referred by reputable RE investors. I would focus on positioning yourself as as expert instead.
