SO MANY REO WEBSITES, ARE THEY ALL THE SAME LISTINGS

I have recently been appointed to contact asset managers, and bank loan servicing companies for their distressed commercial assets that they might want to engage in the services of a Receiver.

I have done a lot of research and have gone on forums, etc. to research the best options, memberships etc. on these websites in hopes of finding these connections to send our references and portfolio.

With that said, I am overwhelmed with the amount of websites all offering lists of these resources, but they all are starting to look the same to me.

Thus far I have checked out the Lane Guide, REOMAC and REO Redbook, NRBA, DataQuick, Dream Street, and the list goes on. I know Lane Guide is one of the better tools, and all are pretty inexpensive to join, but do they all have the same information that is updated weekly? Has anyone used the services that will actually give him or her contacts they need?

 I appreciate your feedback.
