Need Help
My name is Lewis, and I am a realtor in the state of Ga. I have heard of all the hype from Gurus tring to sell everything including othe people's stuff. I am very interested in the wholesailing part of this business. I just want the truth from a real mentor who can help me. I don't have good credit, nor do I have any monies to put up front. I have been in the realestate business for the past 7 yrs. I lost everything, including my marrige, kids. home, and sanity. I just need to know what to do, or read to be a success. I will succeed because of my burning desire, however, I just need help getting started. So can some one give me some advice on what to do. I am contemplating a course from a teacher from this site, I just want to know if it's worth my time and money. The course is taught by Eric Medemar.

Joreen - That's the beauty of BiggerPockets . . . no system to sell, no bootcamps, no profiteering off our members. We want investors to use their money to invest, not to make the information peddlers rich.

Lewis - Just jump in and read through our Wholesaling forums, and then go to our BiggerPockets Blog and do a search for wholesaling. You'll then have more information than you'll get from any wholesaling course out there and it comes at the whopping price of $0. As for a mentor, our Seeking Mentors forum would be a great place to find someone.
