Its time to schedule an appointment at the DMV to switch the title back into your name, then switch the insurance back into your name,once this is complete I would get your contractors over to the home and start the rehab process over again as needed.
Most of the time when you get a home back you will need to complete an extensive rehab.
When the rehab is complete its time to find the next buyer/renter.
