Tenant issues ( part 2 )

We just recently purchased a home from a tenant that let family move in with them that had anger, drug and firearm issues. I'm sure you know where I'm going with this, the park told them they had to either sell the home or move it out of the park.
when I purchased the home I found out just how many anger drug and gun issues the tenant had which resulted in holes punched in the walls and amazingly to me I also found a couple of bullet holes on the outside of home, one of the neighbors told me that he shot from the inside to the outside while laying in his bed, the neighbors around him were all scared to leave their home, good thing he was a bad shot cause he could of easily killed someone hence the main reason reason the park told the owners of home they had to sell or move the home out of park.The level of issues in this world never surprises me anymore sometimes I think people want to get in trouble for the attention they receive.
