Protecting Your Mobile Home Water Line From Freezing Temperatures

Heat tapes and insulation are you best defense against cold winter temperatures to keep the pipes from freezing, I would recheck them every year to be sure they are still wrapped good and check the heat tape to be sure its still working.i know it can be bad getting under these homes but if you fail to check things under the home you will find out the hard way how bad it can be to repair water lines under the home laying in freezing water.
Something else that will help is to make sure all the underpinning is up and attached properly.
