Duct Work in Mobile Homes

I learned this lesson the hard way when buying a mobile home, we purchased a mobile home a couple months ago and I noticed the other day that the small bathroom was missing duct work for heating and air, once we realized this I looked under the home and found the loose duct work hanging down under the home, turns out I'm glad the duct work was missing cause the previous owner has started replacing the subfloor in the home and also removed all the insulation under this room as well, as of this writing I have reattached the duct work and getting ready to replace the insulation, in the future I will be checking for all the duct work in every room in the home, it will be a good idea for all mobile home investors to put this on your inspection check list.
