Acceptance deadline on my latest investment

There is a long story behind this, but I will only give you the one current critical piece of information. 

Today there is an acceptance deadline for an offer I/we put in on a 2.06M warehouse in South Vancouver, BC.  It is always more interesting to hear the story as it comes in and this story is already about 1 year in the making.   If it is accepted, the closing date will be December 1, 2020.
