Back in The GAME!

It has been a couple of years since I decided to step out of the Real Estate arena and now I am back.  Some things have changed yet some are the same. At the very least most markets have gotten to the point where you can see what a fixed up price should be for a given property, if not right on the money then fairly close.

I am proud to say that I am the VP of Sales and Marketing for a wonderful company here in Fairfax, Walnut Street!  We are embracing the buy , rehab, and sell model and are well capitalized.  We are aggressively seeking homes to buy, at the right price, in NOVA and DC ( MD will come later).  I have been involved with over 100 rehab projects since 2002 and can assure all investors that we will be upfront and ethical in working with you on your deals.  We are looking to develop relationships with wholesale investors that can bring us REAL LEGIT deals and we will do our part to close quickly.  My direct # is 703 405 1957 to any serious investor that would like to give me a ring feel free.
