Jeremy has been an active cash flow investor in alternative investments, including real estate and businesses, for almost a decade. He also manages a group of over 500 investors in the US and Canada who seek passive/managed cash flow investments in real estate and businesses. He is originally from Montreal, is a licensed California Real Estate Broker (for investing purposes only), and has an MBA from The Wharton School.
