Liz purchased my Download which does not come with my DVD's or audio CD's. She knew this when she purchased as it is clearly stated on my website. After talking to her, it was clear that she wanted to take a "short cut" and not read my course and learn how to create a land trust properly. She wanted me to do it for her so she did not have to use her own brain. This is NOT the way to create a land trust and I am sorry she did not follow through on her study of my home study course.
