MATT CRAWFORD
Matt Crawford is the President and CEO of ManhattanCommercial Group, a full service commercial real estate brokerage firm in Manhattan Beach, California. He has over 17 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in the acquisition, disposition, financing and landlord/tenant leasing representation.

He has an acute understanding of financial, physical and market dynamics of the real estate and the transactional process. Matt has been involved in the acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial real estate assets worth over $300 million.

Matt is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Psychology. Matt has one son and two daughters and lives in Manhattan Beach, California.

Joe Klema is the Principal of Klema Capital, a commercial real estate capital advisory. Klema Capital arranges equity and debt financing for commercial real estate developers and investors. Mr. Klema has arranged capital on more than 50 projects representing nearly one-half of a billion dollars in capitalization of commercial real estate in the industrial, retail, multifamily, and office property categories. The firm was established in 2001.


JEREMY ROLL (Roll Investment Group)
Jeremy has been an active real estate and business investor for over 12 years who left the corporate world in 2007 to become a full-time passive cash flow investor. He is currently an investor in over $300 Million worth of real estate and business assets, with over $250 Million worth of commercial real estate investments.

As President of Roll Investment Group, Jeremy manages a group of over 750 investors in the US and Canada who seek passive/managed investments in real estate and businesses.

Jeremy co-Founded FIBI (For Investors By Investors) in 2007 with the goal of networking with, learning from, and helping other investors. FIBI now has 15 monthly chapters in SoCal and several out of state, with over 10,000 members in SoCal.

Jeremy is originally from Montreal, is a licensed California Real Estate Broker (for investing purposes only), has an MBA from The Wharton School, and is an Advisor for Realty Mogul, an online marketplace for real estate investors to invest in managed real estate opportunities. Jeremy is currently finalizing a course and book that he hopes will help others to learn how to understand, analyze, and invest in passive cash flow investments.
