Foreclosures to Increase in 2011

I've seen a number of articles like the one linked below (from cbsnews.com) projecting 2011 to be worse than 2010 for foreclosure filings.  This is a good thing for like companies like mine (keeps our numbers up) and a great thing for investors.  It will continue to foster the buyer's market we are seeing now.
