I am having a hard time finding an attorney
I am looking for a real estate attorney and title co in Ca (909) area. I have interviewed several people and it seems that they are unfamiliar to this new wave of wholesaleing creativities. I figured that I must be explaining it wrong and try to be as simple in my explaination as possible. What I say (talking with attorneys) is, "I am a new r.e. Investor and I am looking to team with an experienced foreclosure real extate attorney. The type of help I need is to inform me on what I can and can't do when wholesaleing a property to another party." When I say that sellerA will be purchsed by buyer B then wholesaled to buyer C for an assignement, I lose them. I get a response like, "uh.....well....mumm....I guess I can help I think I can learn. I feel like a martian or something. Title co that I interviewed are hesitant to do a double close.......just when I got the hang of different closing methods. They say that it's too much of a liability to double close. I found out why.... They say that the banks that sell homes (reo) to investors that they want to close same day for a huge profit and the banks don't like that soley with short sales. I enphasize that I am not doing short sales. They say what I want to do is new and creative. I get the feeling that they can't help me. Can someone help?

Why not check with your local real estate investor's club? You might also get better response if you post this in the forums here at BP.
