Multifamily in Phoenix, AZ

It was the end of 2019, best year to start investing in multifamily in phoenix Arizona. Prices were okay alot of deals on the MLS. July 2020 came...... gov started printing money, interest rates were cut in half, new president, and sadly the C-19 came into our lives.

Times have change theres more money than Deals, cheaper money than houses on the MLS. I was lucky enough to have bought a house back in 2017. Phoenix Arizona is a hot market and really appreciating and it was time to cash out. Two months later i bought my first fixer upper for $220k and sold it for $337K in the next 3 months. I made around $35k profit with no experience on my first deal. I do have construction background and know alot of handyman, that really helped me alot plus been listening to podcasts and watching videos on youtube. 

In 6 months i realized how easy it was to make money that you would potentially make on a 9-5 in a year. Its crazy how you can make more money just educating your brain than doing hardwork with your hands for minimum wage. My life change and just started learning more about this industry and i am still learning. 


Single Family is okay but i want to scale fast im 28 i have a wife and a son Hes 2 years old. My main goal is to have many units that can cover my expenses and have financial  freedom.  We are in the beginning of January 2022 and by the end of this year i want to have 50 units in Phoenix Arizona. I have live here most of my life.

i know the place i travel it every single Day, back in mid 2021 i started a Hardscaping company and i have clients all over Phoenix, i know which is class A,B,C.D. working really hard to make it work im trying my best. I currently have 3 investors with me and still looking for more long term friendship. I believe in this State, i will invest in it and will solve as many problems as i can for my neighbors in need.
