SHOULD I WAIT FOR....?

hello to all:

just starting out, so I want to do every thing correctly so I don't create a jam for myself, set up my S Corp,then set up a forign entity with California as well, the only thing is on California forms, they have my residence address (not cool), and on my S entity forms they have the correct company address, now I would like to know can I purchase properties at this time under my S corp,I do have my TIN but need to have the address corrected, do I purchase them under my name first and then transfer or wait until the correct forms have been filed even though that should not matter since my TIN won't change, please guide me, thank you in advance.

  1. I would buy properties to flip, I would be partnering up with a private lender, I just want to start my first deal, I will be purchasing in Florida and California, thank you for your imput, I will move to the forums now, thank again


  2. You might get more responses to your question in the forums. I would need to know more. Are you buying property to hold? Will you be flipping property? What kind of investment strategy do you intend on using. How many transactions might you have? I assume that you will be purchasing some property in CA, will you be purchasing property in any other states? There are number of facts that can help give you a better answer.
